June 2026
June brought a major integration milestone, meaningful charting improvements, and several quality-of-life updates across the EHR and patient portal:

- AI Scribe (beta): Note History & Recovery – Providers can browse and restore previous versions of AI-generated Scribe notes, plus improved error handling to prevent the UI from getting stuck.
- Questionnaire Status Report Improvements – A new “Hide Completed” toggle defaults the report to outstanding questionnaires only, and each patient card now shows when a questionnaire link was last sent with a direct resend button.
- Fullscript: Minor Dependent Accounts – Clinics using Fullscript can now add minor patients as dependents under a parent or guardian’s email address.

May 2026
May product updates:
- Reassign Encounter Association for Charges & Payments – Charges and payments can now be moved between encounter notes, or added to/removed from an encounter association, directly from the Billing History pop-out — individually or in bulk. To do this, check the box beside one or more charges/payments in the Billing History pop-out, open the Manage Checked dropdown in the upper right, and select Edit Encounter Association.
- Partial Purchase Order Receiving – Added per-item checkboxes and check/uncheck all options to purchase orders, making it easier to receive and restock items when a shipment arrives in multiple parts.
- Location Filter for Schedule Utilization Report – Multi-location clinics can now filter the Schedule Utilization Report by location.

March 2026

- Introduce a new API endpoint to get patient allergies.
- Added the patient’s sex on faxable prescription forms.
- Improve fax pickup speeds and avoid instances where faxes cannot be automatically picked up.
We’ve also been hard at work on some larger (and highly anticipated) feature releases that are coming out in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
