How long does setup take?

Setup is easy, 2 minutes and you’re up and running. It’s that simple.

Who can turn it on?

Great question! Turning on AI Scribe is quick and easy, but for security purposes, it’s limited to Super Admins on your account. If that’s you, you’re all set to flip the switch. If not, just reach out to your account’s Super Admin and they can get it enabled for you in no time.

What if patients don’t want to be recorded?

Patient comfort always comes first here! AI Scribe requires patient consent for every single note, so you’ll always get a friendly reminder to check in with your patient before recording starts. If they’d rather not be recorded, no worries at all, you can simply document the visit manually instead. You’re always in control, and so are your patients.

Which tier is right for my practice?

Happy to help you find your fit! If you’re doing up to 60 notes per provider each month, the $29 plan is a fantastic fit and a great value. But if you or your providers are seeing more patients than that, the $59 unlimited plan (a special launch promotion price!) means unlimited notes per provider, so you never have to worry about hitting a cap. Either way, you’re getting the same easy, time saving AI Scribe experience, just choose the tier that matches your practice’s pace.
