Managing Appointment Types in the Website-Embedded Scheduling Tool
There is a module available in Cerbo to embed the appointment request flow into a page on your website, or allow patients to access it as a separate page branded to look like your Patient Portal (but without requiring a Patient Portal login). This can be enabled under System Settings, and is used to allow patients (or prospective patients) to request an appointment without setting up a Patient Portal login or logging into their Patient Portal account.
Historically, which appointment types are available via the website-embedded scheduling tool had to be managed by Cerbo support. And was limited to a single appointment type - with the intention that this be used for a Meet and Greet type of appointment for prospective patients. With the recent update, you can set any number of appointment types to be available via this tool, and make changes as needed. That is done per appointment type under Admin > Manage > Schedule Types (once the website-embedded scheduling tool is enabled under System Settings).
