We are beta testing our integration with Heidi Health, an AI-powered ambient medical scribe platform. The integration adds a Heidi widget to users' encounter note screen, allowing them to use Heidi for real-time clinical scribe capabilities directly within Cerbo.
Fullscript lab results are now enabled, allowing providers who order via Fullscript to receive electronic results.
The new Questionnaire Status Report helps you to track questionnaire completion and effectively manage patient follow up. The report uses your questionnaire display rules to determine which questionnaires apply to each patient. And shows the relevant questionnaire completion status alongside patients' contact information, appointment information, and patient portal login information. The Patient Portal Password Reset email was improved for clarity and to better guide patients who might be having difficulty with their portal login.
The patient search can now better return accurate results when searching for patients with an apostrophe in their name.
Because of how ACH payments are processed, it is possible (if rare) that ACH payments can succeed initially, but later be reversed by the bank. Previously, clients utilizing ACH processing would have to manually run a tool to identify and void reversed ACH payments. That process now happens automatically. And there is a Reversed ACH Payments report under Reporting > Financial Reports to view any reversed/ voided ACH payments for a given time period.
